About Jairo

Born in Brazil, Jairo developed a strong passion for sport from the start. He practiced competitive aerobics in Brazil becoming one of the young talents of Brazilian competitive fitness. In 1997 Jairo launched onto the European Fitness Stage and become an international fitness presenter who has now been invited all over the world to deliver his very unique style of fitness class. Jairo Junior after many years of success, in 2015 he developed the method of functional cardiovascular training CROSS CARDIO, innovative, adaptable to all and aimed at the overall improvement of the individual.
